The development and integration of BIM Technologies in the company have begun in 2014. Due to the successful long-term experience in BIM design, our specialists have a huge level of qualification and knowledge.

The process of transferring the bim project to the customer
For transferring the BIM model to the customer, the following
data exchange formats are used:

Once a month or at the manager's request the coordinator checks the model for clashes and for consistency, as well as conformance to the requirements of the BIM standard, BEP and EIR.
Yes, ENECA has developed a BIM standard and the following regulations:
- Regulations for the joint work of designers;
- Manual for each design discipline for model development with LOD400-500;
- Overview table in terms of projects

For remote work with the customer, the previously described cloud platforms are used, on which the project is provided together with its up-to-date information. In addition, the meetings agreed at the beginning of the project are held with the interested parties.
The initial data and work results are transferred to the cloud platforms on which the project is being developed. In addition, the whole information is located on the same platforms during the entire life cycle of the project that provide the customer with access to up-to-date information at any time.
ENECA has highly qualified specialists who develop complex parametric families with level of detail and content LOD 400-500.
BIM services can be performed remotely, communicating by video calls.
However, our BIM team members (BIM Managers, Project Managers, Designers), can also work on-site (at customer’s office or in field) if it is required by the project.
Personal presence allows to integrate into business process deeply being in touch every moment. Our BIM professional will be on site for a necessary period (from a few days to years for long-term projects).
