Microdistrict planning and design

We have decided to formalize our ideas about efficient and comfortable living space. Therefore, we have initiated the project aiming to conceptualize a district for our specialists to live in. We wanted it to be modern, energy efficient and cost effective.

Our architects have developed two concepts of a village: with regular layout and mixed layout. Individual houses, townhouses, blocks-of-flats, park, work-out zones, football field, etc. are foreseen there.

These concepts were analyzed in terms of different aspects: accessibility, green area size, aesthetics, opportunity to create community feeling, and infrastructure. After the first conceptual design stage, the final proposal was outlined. It combined the advantages of the previous two concepts.
