The complexity of this project was that the design documentation had been started a year earlier by another contractor. At the same time, due to tight deadlines, the process of fabricating metal structures and delivering them to the site was initiated.
However, after numerous technological adjustments, some of the developed documentation turned out to be outdated, and a large number of manufactured metal structures (total weight approximately 310 tonnes) were unsuitable for installation.
The previous contractor refused to continue the work and the client turned to us for help. On a daily basis, we had to resolve numerous issues with the client, documentation developers, metal structure suppliers, construction and installation companies, metal structure manufacturers and third party organisations supervising the project.
Thanks to the coordinated work, we were able to complete all the tasks assigned to us on time and to maximise the use (with minor modifications) of the metal structures already manufactured and supplied, thus minimising the client's losses.
