Design of Individual Houses From Precast Concrete Panels

The special feature of these houses is modularity, transformability and rather free planning despite the fact that these are panel houses. Module houses (the modules can be added to the house with the increase of family's requests) and cottages of various area 90-180 sq.m have been designed. The houses have large terraces and great glazing area.
They have been designed in a way that gives the clients freedom of choice:

- To connect or split the kitchen and the living room;
- To make the positioning of kitchen equipment and appliances;
- To make the positioning of habitable rooms (bedrooms, office rooms, game rooms, etc.);
- To make either a ventilated facade made of fibre-cement panels, or decorative plaster or painting of concrete panels (a more cost-effective variant).
