Residential district block of flats design
The goal of the project is design of multi-story houses for the residential district. The houses are designed to meet modern requirements. They are provided with underground parkings and some apartments have open terraces. To minimise the cost and construction time, the buildings are going to be built from precast concrete elements. The project consists of two stages: Preliminary Design and Detailed Design. Working in cooperation with Lithuanian company, we design architecture, structures, HVAC, water and sanitation and electrical engineering systems.
